1 On 1 Personal Training

Personal Training as in 1 on 1 is to give the client the highest quality sessions to achieve the most productive results from the exercise program. The client is trained in a professional manner with exceptional exercise technique instruction and supervision. Personal support is given with continual encouragement, motivation and positive feedback from the results achieved.

Additionally the client will benefit from the extra support and motivation the Personal Trainer provides outside appointment training session times. This is provided with regular communicative support with either emails, text messages or phone calls to encourage the client in order to maintain their focus. It's about accountability to the Personal Trainer, being disciplined to the program and maintaining the advised correct food intake. The Personal Trainer is focused that the client stays on track, therefore giving regular reminders of what is expected from the client to adhere too. Personal tutoring on all relevant knowledge to the client's training program is all inclusive with Personal Training.

Small Group Training

Personal Group Training is important for the participants to stay focused on their goals and accountable to the Trainer. Personal encouragement and motivation is a major element of being personally trained. Monitoring and feedback is given to all the participants in the group. All participants in a training session are well supervised for correct exercise technique and that the appropriate amount of effort is exherted in the training session. Advice and knowledge relevant to the training program is all inclusive to the participants of Small Group Training.
